Derry/Londonderry

I arrived in Derry yesterday afternoon. I like Derry a lot. Very interesting town, with interesting history. Unfortunately, the Tower Museum is closed on Mondays after September. Some convenient bus services also stop running in August. Oh well. I am going to attempt to see the Giant's Causeway tomorrow and then travel to Belfast. After Belfast, Dublin. I don't seem to be able to upload photos here, so I will also do that later.

Trying to see if I can post a comment.
I'm trying to remember the name of the B and B I stayed at in Galway. I remember that there were photos of Chelsea Clinton when she stayed there, and that I had a heck of a time finding it.
It's location was just off the map the bureau gave me, but the house was on something like "Whitestrand Road", so I found the roadsign that said "Whitestrand". The place wasn't there. Somebody said that I was on "Whitestrand Street" and pointed me in another direction. I found the sign which said "Whitestrand", but that street didn't have the right house numbers on the houses. Somebody told me that it was because I was on "Whitestrand Crescent". Apart from the frankly absurd street naming, I had a good few days in Galway and the B&B was very pleasant.

Are your people Northerners? Some inborn affinity with that area? Or am I making that up?

Most people I have talked to think County Kerry when they hear the name "Keefe". I have also heard County Cork and Waterford/Wexford area. These are all in southern Irelad.
